About

Hey, I’m Carlye.

When Pour Form is at your event you can relax knowing the bar’s handled.

It's not just a tagline. It's our promise for every event.

Pour Form is the culmination of six years of study in food science and winemaking and the last 13 years working in bars, restaurants, wine production, and digital marketing. Every class, service, shift and project gave me the skills and ability to bring this dream to life.

But it’s not just professional, it's personal too.

Growing up queer in the midwest most everything I did was considered poor form. I spent a lot of my life trying to do things the "right way" but never gave myself the chance to do things my way.

Pour Form is me leaning in, embracing my “poor form” and choosing to do things my way.

Turns out my way makes a pretty awesome bar.

Working with Pour Form you get a team that genuinely gives a damn about the drinks, the details, and making sure your event is exactly what you want it to be.

The bar is handled. Go enjoy yourself.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Pricing is based on guest count. The Standard Rail starts at $850 for intimate events up to 30 guests and $1,250 for events up to 75. The Pour Form starts at $1,400 for intimate events and $2,000 for events up to 75. The price covers the full bar: the custom menu, the logistics, and labor. The one thing it doesn't cover is the spirits.. [Link to Rate Card]

  • You do. Here's why it works in your favor. You pay retail for your spirits, not a marked-up package price. We send you The Blueprint, a precise shopping list with exact bottles, exact quantities, and exactly where to get them. You spend what the alcohol actually costs. Nothing more. Most clients find this saves them money compared to all-inclusive pricing elsewhere. We handle everything else.

  • There's a $250 gratuity floor per bartender. We provide a discreet tip jar at the event. If the floor is met by your guests, you're clear. If there's a gap at last call, you simply cover the difference.

  • If your venue already has a bar, we'll move right in. If you're in a field or a blank-slate studio, we offer The Mobile Station, our physical bar unit, as an add-on. We'll help you decide which fits the event during our discovery call.

  • Yes. The zero-proof menu isn't a substitute for the cocktail menu, it's a parallel to it. Every drink is built around the same four forms and given the same attention. House-made syrups, fresh-pressed juices, real technique.

  • Yes. Pour Form carries general liability and liquor liability insurance with $1 million in coverage. That means you and your venue are protected. Documentation is available upon request.

  • Item descriptionPour Form works any event where a great bar makes the night better. Weddings, birthday parties, corporate events, backyard gatherings, rehearsal dinners, holiday parties, etc. If you're hosting people and want them taken care of, we're likely a good fit.

  • We are here to facilitate an experience, not just make drinks. Our bartenders are trained to manage the pace of the room with professional discretion. We maintain the right to refuse service to any guest to ensure the environment remains safe for everyone.

  • We maintain a clean, organized station and will leave the bar area exactly as we found it. At the end of the night, all bar-related trash and recycling will be bagged, tied, and placed in your venue's designated disposal area. We provide the labor and the organization; the venue provides the bin.

  • We provide high-quality plastic drinkware as part of every booking. We've found this is the most effective way to keep service precise and the environment safe. We do not offer or service traditional glassware.

  • As soon as you have a date, but ideally as early as possible. Dates fill quickly and booking early means you get the exact date you want and we have the lead time to plan and prep properly.

  • We do. We service the Willamette Valley and beyond. For events more than 15 miles outside of Eugene, we charge $3.50 per mile (round trip).
